Pack with Care
Place the scooter and all accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned scooter, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
